Branca Properties was originally established by the Branca Family to manage and develop property in the Meadowlands area of Northern New Jersey. Since 1975, Branca Properties has accumulated a diversified portfolio through building quality investment properties, forming joint ventures and affiliations, and making strategic acquisitions in the commercial real estate market. Our staff constantly reviews the diversity of the Branca Properties portfolio. Property Management
Our educated and responsive employees and ethical business practices are the reasons for Branca Properties' stellar record of tenant retention. We believe that building relationships start before occupancy begins and every renewal comes from the positive relationships grown over time. We work to retain our tenants and our record reflects that goal. We have maintained and grown our relationships with prominent companies such as the New Jersey Nets, United Parcel Service, Marcal Paper, BJ's Wholesale Clubs, The Penguin Group, and the Hackensack University Medical Center. Our management experience includes multi-tenant retail spaces, large and small office tenancies, and single-user industrial and distribution centers.

Our headquarters are centrally located between 95% of our managed properties. Therefore, our in-house leasing, accounting and facilities management departments can respond quickly to tenants and other property concerns. Our other properties offer the same attentive management due to proximate regional offices.

Joint Ventures and Affiliations
Our desire for strength and diversity in the real estate market, at times, leads us to joint venture partnerships and affiliations with other companies. Our past joint venture partnerships has helped us relocate tenants to larger facilities, and expose the company to other commercial markets in other counties and states. Through numerous affiliations and relationships, we have forged with companies such as the
Bergen Engineering Company, a New Jersey General Contractor, and the Concord Companies, a national hotel development and management company, Branca Properties can provide value-added services to our existing tenants and look to grow into new and exciting markets.
